Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled M&E BIM drafter. You will create and manage Revit project files, produce detailed drawings, and coordinate the Revit model for Electrical & Plumbing systems. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience as an M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction.
• Experience in HDB/Condominium project drafting will be an advantage.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM model using Revit.
• Create and manage Revit project files for Electrical & Plumbing systems.
• Update and coordinate the Revit model throughout the project.
• Perform interference/clash checking.
• Deliver accurate drawings on time.

Skills

Proficient in BIM/Revit MEP

Proficient in AutoCAD

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to interpret engineering drawings

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Team player

Education

Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
