Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and high‑quality technical drawings and 3D models for a variety of architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into precise construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details) using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Assist in the development and refinement of design concepts under the guidance of senior architects.
• Generate 3D models and visualizations to support design presentations and client reviews.
• Review and modify drawings based on team feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain organized drawing files and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards, construction techniques, and building codes.
• Keen attention to detail, with the ability to produce error‑free drawings within deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Candidates with Singapore project experience or relevant professional certifications will be given priority.
