A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to manage and produce detailed shop drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and demonstrate strong skills in managing workflows and ensuring compliance with project standards. Responsibilities include clash coordination, ensuring accurate drawings, and maintaining document control for project records.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in BIM Modeling and software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to manage full BIM workflows including clash coordination.
• Strong document control skills for project records and regulatory compliance.
