Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate M&E AutoCAD and BIM shop drawings based on approved designs and as-built site information, ensuring timely submissions in accordance with project schedules.

• Ensure all drawings and BIM models comply with project specifications, industry standards, applicable codes, and technical requirements.

• Coordinate closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to incorporate design changes, updates, and revisions promptly and accurately.

• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proper version control and coordination across disciplines.

• Assist in managing BIM documentation, including drawings, submission records, model updates, and coordination logs.

• Support the Project Manager in project coordination, technical reviews, and ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

• Knowledge on AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit.

• Good communication and interaction skill.
