We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who combines creativity, technical skill, and data insight. You’ll manage our social media presence, digital campaigns, CRM, and performance tracking, ensuring every initiative aligns with our brand identity and drives measurable growth. This role is ideal for someone who loves wellness, design, and digital marketing — and enjoys seeing strategy come to life through content, campaigns, and analytics.

• Marketing Strategy & Execution
  Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for REKOOP Club and Flex across paid and organic channels. Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment with product launches, member offers, and events. Collaborate with management to define and track KPIs such as leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Content Creation & Design
  Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook). Create engaging visuals, short videos, and posts that follow our brand book and tone of voice. Use design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) to produce on-brand content for ads, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Website & Landing Page Management
  Build, update, and optimize landing pages using platforms like Webflow, Wix, or WordPress. Monitor website performance, conversion rates, and SEO health. Coordinate with external developers or agencies when needed.
• CRM & Email Marketing
  Manage member communication via email campaigns, newsletters, and automations. Work with our CRM to segment audiences, nurture leads, and track engagement. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
• Analytics & Reporting
  Track digital performance metrics (ads, social, website, CRM). Provide regular reports and insights to improve campaign results. Test and iterate on content, targeting, and design to drive growth.

• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or growth roles.
• Strong understanding of Meta, Google, and CRM marketing platforms.
• Proficient in graphic design and content creation tools.
• Experience building or managing landing pages and websites.
• Comfortable analysing marketing data and making recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to visual detail.

SALARY BENCHMARK (SINGAPORE)
Mid-level (4–6 years of experience), estimated Annual Salary S$55,000 – S$70,000 Senior / Specialist (6+ years of experience), estimated Annual Salary S$70,000+
