Job description

Responsibilities:

• Act as the key liaison between design teams and manufacturing units to ensure successful product launch and production ramp-up.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and product BOMs (Bill of Materials).
• Conduct product validation tests, failure analysis, and implement design or process improvements.
• Provide technical support for new product introduction (NPI), including line setup, tooling, and process documentation.
• Work with suppliers on component selection, quality issues, and alternate sourcing options.
• Prepare product-related documentation including work instructions, test procedures, and reports.
• Support cost reduction initiatives, design for manufacturability (DFM), and value engineering activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
• At least 2–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing or product development environment, preferably in electronics, server, or consumer electronics industry.
• Hands‑on experience with product validation, testing, or manufacturing support.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM), design tools, and problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, DMAIC).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.
