Job Brief:

We seek an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in enterprise managed security and edge cloud services from a service provider background. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new growth engines through the introduction of innovative services aligned with our vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and new growth engines in Managed Security and Edge Cloud Services
• Design and build best-of-breed solution platforms, ecosystem solutions, vertical solutions, and market segmentation for these services
• Establish and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders to deliver differentiated managed services with unique value propositions
• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and determine market segmentation, targeting, and positioning
• Enhance product processes to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed
• Optimize cost structure, profitability, and customer value
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and events to increase market awareness and generate leads
• Achieve revenue, expense, and profitability targets
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

Role Requirements:

• Proven success in developing and growing Managed Security and Edge Cloud Services portfolios
• Experience managing all aspects of a product lifecycle
• Ability to develop strategies and communicate effectively with executive management
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Creativity and initiative in product development
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
