Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Acquire new customers and increase footfall for FX transactions (currency exchange, remittances, prepaid cards, etc.).

  • Promote and upsell FX products based on market trends and customer demand.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive gaps.

2. Corporate & Institutional Partnerships
  • Identify and onboard corporate clients such as travel agencies, tour operators, SMEs, exporters/importers, and educational consultants.

  • Draft proposals, negotiate rates, and manage contracts with corporate partners.

  • Maintain strong business relationships to retain and increase transaction volumes.

3. Customer Relationship Management
  • Provide excellent service to walk-in and corporate customers.

  • Manage key accounts and ensure smooth FX transaction processes.

  • Handle customer queries related to exchange rates, documentation, and compliance requirements.

4. Market & Rate Monitoring
  • Monitor daily currency movements and collaborate with treasury/rates team to offer competitive rates.

  • Track competitor pricing and promotions to stay ahead of the market.

  • Analyze customer demand for various currencies and recommend inventory strategies.

5. Marketing & Promotions
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to increase brand visibility.

  • Support the development of promotional materials, rate boards, and digital content.

  • Coordinate with management on seasonal campaigns (holiday seasons, travel peaks).

6. Compliance & Risk Awareness
  • Understand and adhere to local regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, central bank guidelines).

  • Ensure all sales practices follow compliance standards.

  • Educate clients on required documentation and ensure accurate verification.

7. Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and weekly performance reports.

  • Prepare business development presentations and insights on customer trends.

  • Document corporate agreements, customer profiles, and sales activities.
