- Manage SAP FICO consultants and cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP FICO-related issues, escalations, and critical incidents.
- Oversee integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR) and external systems.
- Bridge communication between business users, IT, and external partners.
- Fully manage and control external resources providing service ensuring delivery is within SLA and are in line with business expectations.
- Lead the Demand management and prioritisation decisions, in agreement with key stakeholders and monitor the effective utilisation of Application Development hours across APAC business units.
- Act as SBFAP IT Service point of contact for major / critical Incidents escalations.
- Participate in the governance decisions and identify action items.
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.
Requirements
- Mastery of Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO) and Project System (PS) modules, including integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD etc.) and Finance interfaces (e.g. BW, BPC, Kofax, etc).
- IT leadership experience in a global environment and at managing a large outsourcing partnership.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Experience in vendor management, including service level agreements (SLAs), vendor performance evaluation.
- Business Process Knowledge: Understanding business processes and workflows across various domains.
- ITIL certification or strong knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
