SALES MANAGER
Job summary
A leading food processing company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to establish and manage sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor/Master's degree and 3-7 years in end-to-end management of retail and wholesale food processing, particularly with Faasos products. Strong communication, leadership skills, and the ability to create and implement sales strategies are essential. This role offers competitive compensation and exciting opportunities in a growing market.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in End to End Management of Retail and Wholesale Food Processing.
- 3-5 years End to End Food processing work experience in Faasos products is mandatory.
- Ability to provide new strategies and coordinate with customers on New Food Product Launches.
Responsibilities
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume by keeping current with supply and demand.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.

Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
Bachelor/ Master Degree in any streams
3-7 years’ experience in End to End Management of Retail and Wholesale Food Processing
Must have 3-5 years End to End Food processing work experience in FAASOS PRODUCTS
Ability to win the RFP by showcasing the complete success stories of Faasos Food Product knowledge and bring more business
Ability to lead the team and complete the end to end Infra setup for Food & Beverage Customers
Ability to provide new strategies and coordinate with the customers on New Food Product Launches
Expertise in F&B Accounts Management and provide complete setup for customers
Strong communication skills
Creating and implementing a sales plan
Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
Analysing sales data
