A leading recruiting firm in Singapore is looking for an IT Operations Leader with over 10 years of experience in managing large teams. The role encompasses IT leadership in digital strategy, operational excellence, and staff development. Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in operational leadership, preferably in large-scale IT or digital transformation programmes.

Responsibilities
IT leadership in digital strategy and work planning.
Synergizes with other teams for smooth rollout of WOG Products & Services.
Ensure optimal on-site operations & support.
Review of initiatives and identify opportunities to deliver and operate a more streamlined workforce.
Align workplan to higher-level objectives.
Strategic partnership with senior management to understand issues and help promote / influence directions.
Collaborate with business users to develop IT initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders on strategy, implementation and operations.
Planning, business engagements and onboarding of new entities into the program.
Deploy staff effectively and strategically to match resource requirements.
Staff coaching and mentoring, discover high potential talents and hone their capabilities, drive staff development opportunities, coordinate and integrate people efforts that will attract and retain a motivated and high-performing team.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in operational leadership (team of over 100), preferably in large-scale IT or digital transformation programmes.
Experience in managing field operations, workforce transformation, and service delivery.
Able to lead diverse teams and drive change in complex environments.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strong focus on risk management and compliance, with security and availability mindset.
Advantages
Background in IT infrastructure and technical services at enterprise level.
Experience in IT governance, enterprise architecture, and/or programme management.
Prior public sector or military leadership experiences
