Job Overview

Greenway IPM Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Admin Executive to support our operations with strong administrative and computer skills. This role is critical in coordinating pest control services, managing client relations, and optimizing processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and effective pest control service delivery.
  • Prepare and issue accurate service quotations using pest control quotation software (training provided).
  • Manage procurement and restocking of equipment and supplies in collaboration with the Purchasing team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of services, billing, and inventory levels.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and handling phone calls.
  • Support the Procurement and Logistics teams with additional tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a certificate in pest management or related field is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in pest control, facilities management, or a similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and overall computer knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to pest control scheduling and quotation software (training provided).
  • Good communication skills (English proficiency is sufficient; additional languages are a plus but not required).

Working Conditions
  • Primarily office‑based with occasional field visits for client interactions or quality assurance checks.
  • Reports to the Company Manager and works closely with the Purchasing and Logistics teams.
  • Adheres to a 5.5‑day work week (e.g., Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with half‑day on Saturday, subject to confirmation).
  • Performance Goals: Meet deadlines for service scheduling, quotations, and administrative tasks as per Standard.
Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Participate in annual performance reviews based on SOP compliance, quality of work, and teamwork.
