Responsibilities

• IT leadership in digital strategy and work planning.
• Synergizes with other teams for smooth rollout of WOG Products & Services.
• Ensure optimal on-site operations & support.
• Review of initiatives and identify opportunities to deliver and operate a more streamlined workforce.
• Align workplan to higher-level objectives.
• Strategic partnership with senior management to understand issues and help promote / influence directions.
• Collaborate with business users to develop IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on strategy, implementation and operations.
• Planning, business engagements and onboarding of new entities into the program.
• Deploy staff effectively and strategically to match resource requirements.
• Staff coaching and mentoring, discover high potential talents and hone their capabilities, drive staff development opportunities, coordinate and integrate people efforts that will attract and retain a motivated and high-performing team.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in operational leadership (team of over 100), preferably in large-scale IT or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience in managing field operations, workforce transformation, and service delivery.
• Able to lead diverse teams and drive change in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong focus on risk management and compliance, with security and availability mindset.

Advantages

• Background in IT infrastructure and technical services at enterprise level.
• Experience in IT governance, enterprise architecture, and/or programme management.
• Prior public sector or military leadership experiences
