Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understand the business scenarios of medium- and large-sized enterprises, including but not limited to the enterprise networking & IT architecture, application architecture. Cooperate with solution architect to analyse and design the solutions for the customer including best practices, exception handling mechanisms and problem contingency plans based on HUAWEI CLOUD product and technical system, responsible for the delivery and implement the designed solution provided.
• Understand customers' service requirements and HUAWEI CLOUD service products, deliver service solutions that meet customers' requirements.
• Handle end-to-end on-Premise to Cloud / Cloud to Cloud migration, and be able to manage and provide technical support for the whole process of cloud migration.
• Promote the use of Huawei cloud computing services and solutions in the process of technical problems, and constantly improve the problem handling mechanisms and processes.
• Work with Huawei cloud service experts & product experts directly to ensure the enterprise technology issues able to solve effectively.
• Regularly communicate with key customers (onsite or remote) and take proactive actions to ensure healthy and stable operation of cloud services in order to improve customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 5 years’ of technical engineering experience and have rich project management experience, and large-scale application development or operation and maintenance experience in different industries with a strong result-oriented attitude.
• Experience with operational and troubleshooting for Huawei cloud stack and four of the following technical domains: Compute/ Storage/ Networking/ CDN/ Databases/ DevOps/ Big Data and Analytics/ Security/ Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
• Professional oral and written communication skills & presentation skills in different languages due to business needs including English & Chinese as candidate is required to communicate with different counterpart including Chinese speaking client and staffs.
• A team player with professionalism and team spirit with a can-do attitude.
• Have strong ability to withstand pressure and execution, self-driven and open for challenges, be good at pioneering and innovative, and maintain optimistic and positive work attitude and full work passion under high-intensity work pressure.
• Huawei Cloud certificate HCIA, HCIP and HCIE is preferred.
