Job description

You will provide administrative and operational support to ensure delivery of safe, efficient and quality care. You will support implementation of initiatives and projects to deliver high standards of efficiency, service and quality in alignment with the strategic objectives of the Division and Hospital. This involves providing oversight and execution of budgets, operations, automation systems, projects, manpower planning and deployment, risk management, services, and staff engagement as assigned.

You will also assist the Service Leads/Manager/Assistant Manager in ensuring that the workflows or operations at the sectional or divisional level are streamlined and optimised. You will collate and analyse statistics and generate reports for systems and process monitoring and provide suggestions for improvement.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining patient friendly digital platform for patient education, adherence measurement, and patient survey administration, where applicable; or online feedback channels, and support associated activities arising from staff engagement, mental health and wellness.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline, preferably in the healthcare industry
