The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of e-commerce experience and native-level proficiency in Japanese. Responsibilities include optimizing site content and analyzing data to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. Qualifications
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally in site optimization or digital merchandising.
- Deep understanding of online customer journeys and conversion strategies.

Responsibilities
