Job summary

A public service research organization in Singapore is seeking individuals for a temporary role to engage corporate stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals. This position involves gathering critical datasets that inform national socioeconomic policies, requiring a relevant degree and comfort in outreach. Successful candidates will support the Research and Statistics team and participate in various engagement methods. Training will be provided, and the role runs from January to December 2026 with the possibility of renewal.

Qualifications

  • Singaporean citizenship is required.
  • Research interviewing experience is a plus.
  • Training for outreach methods will be provided.

You will be part of a team that engages selected individuals and corporations, including C‑suite corporate stakeholders and high‑net‑worth individuals, to ensure the accuracy of critical datasets.

Research and Statistics team

Responsibilities:
  • Engage selected individuals and corporations through calls, emails, and scheduled visits
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Apply empathy and discretion when discussing sensitive information
  • Keep case records organised and updated in internal systems
  • Support tracking of progress and performance indicators
  • Highlight recurring trends and challenges for team reviews
  • Assist in preparing internal reports and dashboards
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Singaporean
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Research interviewing experience is advantageous
  • Comfortable with both phone-based and in‑person outreach (training provided)
