Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate with a diploma in Fashion Merchandising to assist with buyers’ orders, customer service, and coordination of samples. The ideal applicant possesses strong communication skills and is organized, meticulous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves liaising with suppliers and clients, and preparing necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in the apparel/garment/workwear industry is preferred.
- Must be a self-driven, motivated individual willing to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process buyers’ orders and handle related documentation.
- Provide customer service support and follow up on enquiries.
- Coordinate samples and ensure timely submission.
- Work with production team on order lead-times and operations.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients for accurate communication.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and purchase orders.

- Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or related discipline
