Responsibilities

1. Process buyers’ orders and handle related documentation
2. Provide customer service support and follow up closely on enquiries
3. Coordinate samples and ensure timely submission
4. Work closely with the production team on order lead-times and daily operations
5. Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure accurate and timely communication
6. Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and data entry
7. Assist in planning and monitoring delivery schedules

Qualifications

• Experience in the apparel/garment/workwear industry
• Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or related discipline
