Job summary
A service company in Singapore is seeking an administrative support individual to manage communication and organization tasks. The role requires proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, alongside strong customer service skills. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and drafting documents and emails on behalf of the team. Immediate start is preferred. Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and direct to relevant staff.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Take notes and minutes in meetings.
- Order and take stock of office supplies.
- Prepare documents for invoicing.
- Process and direct mail and incoming packages.
- Draft emails on behalf of teams or senior staff.
- Draft quotations for the operation manager.
- Support managers and clients with organization and communication tasks.
