Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries, course registrations, and day-to-day training administration efficiently.
  • Assist with course delivery, manage urgent training requests, and generate reports for performance tracking.
  • Support marketing activities, update collaterals, and assist in outreach events.
  • Source, negotiate, and monitor outsourcing partners and vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the Training Centre's reputation.
