Job summary
A prominent outlet management company in Singapore seeks a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, training staff, and working closely with the Area Manager to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for efficient outlet functioning.
- Work closely with Area Manager on strategic business planning.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Train and retain outlet staff for improved performance.
- Manage inventory levels and address customer complaints.
