Responsibilities

• Welcome and orientate visitors/patients upon arrival at the lobby.
• Assist visitors/patients with online pre-registration and checking in at kiosks.
• Ensure crowd control and proper queue management at kiosks.
• Assist with way-finding around the hospital premises.
• Maintain cleanliness and conditions of equipment in waiting areas.
• Handle enquiries or feedback from visitors/patients.
• Conduct checks of the waiting area and toilets.
• Welcome and orientate public upon arrival at the lobby.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
