Job summary
A premier hospitality recruitment firm seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a high-end steakhouse in Singapore. This role involves leading the service team, hiring and training staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Applicants should have 5 to 7 years of experience in high-end dining, with expertise in managing events and inventory control. Strong leadership and multi-tasking skills are essential. The position offers a salary range of $5000 to $6500, with a working schedule of 5 days from 2 PM to late night.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in leading restaurants, especially in high-end dining.
- Ability to train staff in service standards and food handling.
- Knowledge of liquor and wine presentation is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the service team to enhance customer experience.
