A leading hotel in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk Agent to assist guests during check-in and check-out, offer excellent customer service, and resolve inquiries. Candidates should have a relevant diploma in hotel operations or hospitality management and possess 1-2 years of experience in similar roles. The position requires excellent communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and a welcoming environment, while also assisting with luggage and guiding guests to their rooms.
The Hotel Front Desk Agent will assist in attending and serving the section which he/she is been assigned.
