Zusammenfassung
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service representative to assist customers with queries, handle course registrations, and support enrollment processes. Candidates should have at least GCE ‘O’ Level and be able to work weekends. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred. Immediate start is required.

- Assist customers with queries and concerns in a service-oriented manner.
- Handle administrative tasks related to student and course registrations.
- Provide accurate information on enrichment programmes.

- Provide accurate information on enrichment programmes and advise parents on suitable course options
- Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and email with professionalism
- Follow up with prospective families and support them through the enrollment process
- Promote new courses and maintain up-to-date knowledge of programme offerings
- Work towards company sales targets and help maximize customer retention
- Support daily operations and maintain high service standards
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or higher
- Able to commit to working on weekends
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
