A dynamic educational software company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be fluent in English and Hindi. This remote position allows flexibility in working hours while expecting individuals to meet challenging targets and manage customer relationships effectively.
We are seeking a qualified Sales Manager to sell products that our customers have come to rely on. The Sales Manager will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.
Scope of work: Exceed targets for new sales, referrals, or renewals in an individual contributor role.
Work Location: Remote online work until offices reopen; candidates may be based anywhere in India.
Working days: 6 days a week with 1 day off, which may be during the week.
Shifts: Start after 6 AM and end before 12 midnight (subject to change).
Mandatory language fluency: English, Hindi
Equipment: Candidates to use their own laptops; Wi-Fi reimbursement will be provided.
Additional compensation: To be decided based on your assigned shift after joining.
Experience: 2 - 8 years
Salary: ₹7,50,000 to ₹10,00,000 per annum
