Territory Sales Manager - Field Sales Executive
    The role of Territory Sales Manager - Field Sales Executive at NoBrokerHood in the Greater Bengaluru Area is a full-time on-site position that involves various responsibilities focused on managing sales territories, engaging with customers, providing training, and overseeing sales activities and performance.As the first point of contact for clients, the objective of this role is crucial in making clients aware of the benefits of the product and striving to acquire them. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in Business Development (B2C) for Software Application products/solutions and possess the ability to research potential leads, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and identify sales opportunities.Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and increasing revenue. The role also involves meeting with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and client expectations, conducting product demonstrations, and onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform. Additionally, the candidate will prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities.Key Requirements:- Any Post Graduation (MBA Preferred)- Willingness to travel on the field daily- Vehicle with a valid driving license (DL) required- Comfortable working on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off between Mon-Thursday- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT)- Effective presentation and negotiation skillsIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development, and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, this role at NoBrokerHood offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and success in a dynamic and innovative environment.,
