We are currently working with a leading rooftop solar provider for residential customers and are looking for a Customer Success Agent to help build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and customers across the lifecycle.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a background in consultative selling, ideally from dynamic, fast-paced environments like Byjus or similar direct sales organizations. This role is critical to driving our residential rooftop solar sales in Bangalore. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales funnel from appointment scheduling and customer consultations to site assessments and order closures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives conducting consultative sales appointments. Oversee and optimize site assessment team operations, ensuring timely site surveys focused on conversion readiness.
  2. Sales Execution: Own and drive the customer journey from lead to order, educating customers on rooftop solar benefits and ROI. Monitor and improve sales KPIs such as appointment-to-site-survey ratio and site-survey-to-order conversion.
  3. Process & Strategy: Coordinate with marketing to ensure lead quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Use CRM tools to optimize scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Ensure 100% lead coverage with quick turnaround for appointments and surveys.
  4. Customer Engagement: Intervene on key deals and high-ticket opportunities to assist in closure. Represent GRX10 professionally, with trust and understanding of customer needs.
Requirements:
  • 48 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years managing field or inside sales teams.
  • Prior experience in consultative, direct-to-home sales (e.g., EdTech, Insurance, Solar, Real Estate).
  • Proven experience managing home appointment and site visit teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Fluency in Kannada and English.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho).
Preferred Background:
  • Experience in solar energy or high-involvement consumer durables.
  • Understanding of Bangalore's residential market and customer personas.
  • Experience with performance-driven sales organizations like Byjus, WhiteHat Jr, etc.
