A dynamic company is seeking a sales professional to drive revenue growth in various retail channels. This role involves executing sales strategies, collaborating on product promotions, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma and possess relevant sales experience along with strong analytical and leadership skills. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating effective interpersonal communication and team management.
Execute sales strategies to achieve designated sales targets (NOS) for assigned business accounts, including key retail chains, hypermarkets, and independent retailers.
Collaborate with the merchandising team to coordinate product placements and promotional activities for in-store and external events/fairs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned retail channels, including support for point-of-sale (POS) expansion.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to management.
Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Diploma in any related field.
Preferably candidate with sales experience within retail, wholesale, or hypermarket environments.
Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
