Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve designated sales targets (NOS) for assigned business accounts, including key retail chains, hypermarkets, and independent retailers.

  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to coordinate product placements and promotional activities for in-store and external events/fairs.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned retail channels, including support for point-of-sale (POS) expansion.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to management.

  • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in any related field.

  • Preferably candidate with sales experience within retail, wholesale, or hypermarket environments.

  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
