Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets through market research, cold calls and tendering.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to clients.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and execution of catering events.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Support new product launches.
Track sales performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with operations and logistics team to ensure accurate and timely completeness of catering orders.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales role or similar.
