    Roles and Responsibilities: Banking Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet business objectives. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of banking clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with plutos ONEs services. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by expanding the usage of our products among partner banks and networks, and ensuring client satisfaction to encourage long-term business growth. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for banking clients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, and marketing) to ensure the smooth onboarding of clients and the continuous improvement of products and services.Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet revenue targets.
