Title Office Sales Coordinator & Customer Relationship Manager
    The Office Sales Coordinator and Customer Relationship Manager role involves various key responsibilities including:- Handling initial sales queries and arranging meetings with potential clients.- Ensuring timely follow-up with clients involved in ongoing projects.- Managing vendor relationships and setting up the supply chain effectively.- Obtaining quotations from vendors and finalizing deals after thorough evaluation.- Overseeing both internal and external communication and ensuring smooth coordination.- Drafting letters, Terms of References (ToRs), Job Descriptions (JDs), etc.- Facilitating brand tie-ups to enhance business opportunities.- Managing leaves, bills, invoices, and other administrative tasks efficiently.- Leading recruitment processes for staff and conducting comprehensive induction programs.- Willingness to undertake any additional administrative tasks as required.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus incentives. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of relevant work experience, and proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
