Credit Analyst jobs in Singapore

Excellent opportunity for an experienced credit risk professional to join a high-performing and evolving Risk Portfolio Management ('RPM') function. RPM comprises of a broad range of functions primarily focused on credit portfolio management across banking subsidiaries within OCBC Group. This position is under the Credit Infrastructure & Solutions ("CIS") team within RPM.

1. Design and development of credit risk data mart to support regulatory and management reporting.
2. Management of data integrity and data lineage.
3. Preparation of regulatory and management credit risk reports.
4. Implementation of Finalised Basel III Reform rules across OCBC and its various subsidiaries.
5. Credit RWA optimisation through improved methodologies and data quality.
6. Advise business on the appropriate Credit RWA treatment.

1. 3-5 years of working experience in enterprise data warehouse design and maintenance; design and automation of credit portfolio reports. Prior experience in testing of new data changes into an existing datamart is preferred.
2. Programming skills such as SAS and Python for data transformation and report automation.
3. Credit RWA monthly reporting and Quantitative Impact Assessment exercises.
4. Familiarity with Moody's Risk Authority engine.
5. Candidates without direct experience but are working in a regulatory or financial reporting role may also be considered.
