Regional Sales Engineer (B2B/ Healthcare Engineering)
Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to enhance overseas sales for healthcare engineering products. The role involves developing business strategies, managing distributor relationships, and negotiating terms for sales contracts. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in product sales, preferably with microscopy knowledge. Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product sales related to healthcare engineering.
- Knowledge of microscopy will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel at least once per month.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies for increased overseas sales.
- Network and maintain distributor and customer accounts.
- Negotiate sales terms and ensure timely delivery.
- Support distributors and participate in product launches.
Skills
Education
- Develop business of the company's solutions/products to increase overseas sales.
- Maintain and network with distributors and customers to maintain accounts, promote and expand accounts.
- Be efficient in negotiating the terms, price, delivery and specification with distributors about each sales contract, watch deliveries and close sales.
- Understand solutions the company offers, ranging from basic to advanced full research grade microscope systems, develop, execute sales and marketing strategy.
- Support distributors in a timely manner, make visits to overseas customers when necessary.
- Get involved in product launches and work on strategy, plans and execute them.
- Do demonstrations and presentations of our solutions.
- Manage credit control of distributors.
- Manage sales data, make analysis, regular reporting to Management.
- Preferably at least degree and above in relevant field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in product sales in relation to healthcare engineering field.
- Having microscopy usage or knowledge will be an advantage.
- Able to travel at least once per month; if required.
