Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to enhance overseas sales for healthcare engineering products. The role involves developing business strategies, managing distributor relationships, and negotiating terms for sales contracts. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in product sales, preferably with microscopy knowledge. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop business of the company's solutions/products to increase overseas sales.
  • Maintain and network with distributors and customers to maintain accounts, promote and expand accounts.
  • Be efficient in negotiating the terms, price, delivery and specification with distributors about each sales contract, watch deliveries and close sales.
  • Understand solutions the company offers, ranging from basic to advanced full research grade microscope systems, develop, execute sales and marketing strategy.
  • Support distributors in a timely manner, make visits to overseas customers when necessary.
  • Get involved in product launches and work on strategy, plans and execute them.
  • Do demonstrations and presentations of our solutions.
  • Manage credit control of distributors.
  • Manage sales data, make analysis, regular reporting to Management.
Requirements
  • Preferably at least degree and above in relevant field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in product sales in relation to healthcare engineering field.
  • Having microscopy usage or knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Able to travel at least once per month; if required.
