Job summary
A dynamic public sector consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Project Management Officer to support strategic planning and governance across multiple teams. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in project management, proficiency in MS Project tools, and strong communication skills. A degree in IT or Business is necessary. The position offers a monthly salary of $5,000 to $7,000 plus bonuses.

We’re Hiring: Project Management Officer (PMO)
Join a long-term public sector initiative supporting strategic planning, governance, and operational excellence across multiple platform teams.
📅 Contract Duration: 12 months
💰 Salary: $5,000 – $7,000/month + AWS + Performance Bonus + Loyalty Bonus
📍 Location: Central Singapore
🕘 Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
🎓 Qualification: Degree in IT, Business, or related disciplines
- Support capability planning, initiative tracking, and management reporting across platform teams and workstreams
- Assist in resource and budget planning, and monitor utilization
- Coordinate procurement and contract-related tasks, including ad-hoc requests
- Track and report platform success metrics
- Facilitate project governance through document reviews, compliance checks, and policy adherence
- Implement and maintain templates, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
- Liaise with key stakeholders for timely and accurate reporting
- Enhance PMO processes and develop governance guides
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management or related fields
- Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies and standards
- Proficient in MS SharePoint, MS Office, and other PM tools
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
- At least 2 years of experience in IT-related projects
- Cloud competency (preferably AWS) is a plus
