Job Scope:
  • Manage daily warehouse activities like receiving, storing, and sending out goods.
  • Keep inventory records up-to-date and accurate.
  • Prepare delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents.
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers and track delivery status.
  • Prepare and handle shipping, receiving, and delivery documents.
  • Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock checks, and assist with audits.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding order and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in preparing reports, filing, and maintaining proper document control.
  • Support management in improving operational efficiency and workflow.
  • Perform other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O-Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in administrative or office coordination work is preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP/Accpac software is an advantage.
