Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an Architectural BIM Coordinator to assist in developing and managing architectural BIM models. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination and proficiency in software such as Revit and AutoCAD. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating the Architectural BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in alignment with Singapore BIM Guide and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural models with other disciplines to ensure design accuracy, clash-free outputs, and adherence to BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) specifications.
• Review and manage data exchange of architectural models, ensuring completeness and quality control.
• Attend and support BIM coordination meetings, conduct clash detection, and track issue resolutions across stakeholders.
• Prepare and support BIM submissions to authorities for regulatory compliance.
• Perform architectural modelling and adjustments when necessary to support project needs.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure the BIM model is aligned with actual construction progress.
• Assist the BIM Manager in implementing and enforcing BIM workflows, standards, and timely deliverables.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by the project or management team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural BIM coordination or model management.
• Familiarity with architectural detailing, codes, and design standards.
• Sound knowledge of BIM/VDC/IDD workflows; certification in BIM will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or other related software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
