We’re Hiring: Project Management Officer (PMO)
Join a long-term public sector initiative supporting strategic planning, governance, and operational excellence across multiple platform teams.

📅 Contract Duration: 12 months
💰 Salary: $5,000 – $7,000/month + AWS + Performance Bonus + Loyalty Bonus
📍 Location: Central Singapore
🕘 Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
🎓 Qualification: Degree in IT, Business, or related disciplines

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
  • Support capability planning, initiative tracking, and management reporting across platform teams and workstreams
  • Assist in resource and budget planning, and monitor utilization
  • Coordinate procurement and contract-related tasks, including ad-hoc requests
  • Track and report platform success metrics
  • Facilitate project governance through document reviews, compliance checks, and policy adherence
  • Implement and maintain templates, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
  • Liaise with key stakeholders for timely and accurate reporting
  • Enhance PMO processes and develop governance guides
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management or related fields
  • Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies and standards
  • Proficient in MS SharePoint, MS Office, and other PM tools
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT-related projects
  • Cloud competency (preferably AWS) is a plus
