Quantity Serveyor [Interior Design]
Job summary
A reputable advisory firm in Singapore seeks a qualified candidate for a role focused on managing tender opportunities within interior design projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing cost analyses, attending site meetings, and ensuring project phases are completed within budget. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying and 3-4 years of relevant experience are necessary to excel in this role. Exacting teamwork and client-oriented focus are essential.

- Seeking tender opportunity
- Attend site briefing before tendering the project
- Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required
- Obtaining sub-contractor’s quotation for various trade
- Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Management for final submission.
- Prepare for final submission and follow up with Tender Questionnaire reply and Interview
- Monitoring progress and liaise with vendor
- Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure, submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission
- Attend site meeting for on-going project
- Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyor
- Familiar with Singapore Project Tender
- Min 3-4 Years Experience in Interior Design Project
