Join our dynamic team as a Campaign Operations Coordinator, where you will play a key role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with tools like Adobe AEM, Braze, and Adobe Target. You'll work alongside creative agencies, platform owners, and business unit stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned, executed on time, and optimized for success. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with project coordination skills, a strong understanding of email/push marketing, and an eye for creative quality.

📍 Location: Nearest MRT (Changi Airport)

🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, Office Hours

💰 Salary: Up to $6,000/month

🗓 Start Date: Immediate

📅 Duration: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning & Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary liaison with creative agencies, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and alignment with campaign objectives.
    • Prepare campaign briefs, asset specifications, timelines, and work schedules for agencies.
    • Coordinate internal alignment across stakeholders for smooth workflow handover and approvals.
  • Campaign Execution & Operations:
    • Support campaign setup and activation on Braze, including audience selection, content setup, and quality checks.
    • Manage creative adaptations and content variations (e.g., A/B test versions, personalization variants).
    • Assist with copywriting for email, push, and in‑app messaging.
  • MarTech & Platform Support:
    • Collaborate with platform owners to ensure alignment with Braze and Adobe requirements.
    • Support tagging, content mapping, and asset updates on AEM for relevant campaigns.
    • Assist in maintaining campaign readiness across platforms.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure campaigns meet timelines, accuracy, and brand consistency.
    • Identify and resolve operational risks or bottlenecks in coordination with stakeholders.
    • Maintain documentation of campaign processes and best practices.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign operations, or MarTech.
  • Hands‑on experience with Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, or Braze (experience with multiple platforms is a plus).
  • Proficient knowledge of email/push marketing or CRM tools.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for creative design.
  • Ability to work in a high‑velocity environment, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
