Job Responsibilities:

• Building Operations & Maintenance:
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise building maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Perform troubleshooting on RH/temperature systems, power generators, chillers, and air‑conditioning systems.
• Vendor & Contractor Management:
  • Manage maintenance schedules and service contracts, liaise with vendors and contractors, and ensure service delivery and SLA compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management or any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years and above related technical experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting in RH Temperature, Solar Panel, Power Generator, Air‑Cond etc.
