Responsibilities
Core ESD Room Operations
  • Read fine prints on integrated circuits (ICs) and trays to ensure correct identification.
  • Transfer or split ICs steadily from one tray compartment to another.
  • Follow, read, write, and understand work instructions accurately.
  • Operate simple equipment such as:
    • Sealer machine
    • Strapping machine
  • Conduct regular cycle counts for packing materials required in the ESD room.

(In-house training provided)

General Warehouse Responsibilities

(Applicable to ESD Operator / Storekeeper / Shipping Coordinator)

  • Maintain warehouse and ESD room cleanliness following 5S, Safety, and Security practices.
  • Perform necessary system transactions accurately and on time (e.g., WMS, SAP).
  • Report issues immediately to the Supervisor or Team Leader.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum Secondary Education.
  • Able to read and write in English.
  • No experience required (considered for Contract Staff – Grade 1; in-house training provided).
  • Hardworking, independent, and able to multitask.
  • Team player with good discipline and responsibility.
  • Willing to work overtime when required.
Optional / Advantageous Skills
  • Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or ESD equipment (Training will be provided).
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with WMS, SAP, Oracle (In-house training provided)
