Job summary
A business development consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in business development within the immigration industry. Key responsibilities include developing strategies, identifying opportunities, and building relationships with clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary. This role is pivotal for growing market share and revenue.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive business development strategies.
- Research markets to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams for strategy alignment.
- Track and report on business development performance.
Skills
Education
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Opportunity Identification: Research markets to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential customers that align with company goals
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, strategic partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Business Growth: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market needs to identify growth opportunities
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align strategies and ensure effective execution
- Performance Monitoring: Track, review, and report on business development performance and key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Business and other related business discipline(s)
- Min 8 yrs & above proven experience in business development in the immigration industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
