Responsibilities
- Counter sales with tour leading opportunities
- Handle clients’ inquiries related to travel
- Prepare, process, and maintain accurate travel booking in the system
- Follow up on tour confirmation, payment and documentation
- Coordinate with back-end team on pricing and travel updates
- Possess good customer service skills and able to interact with people
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance
- Carry out other related tasks as assigned, in line with the responsibilities of the role
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- With or without experience are welcomed (Training will be provided)
- Friendly disposition, sales and service oriented
- Required to operate computer and in-house system
- Relevant working experience in the service industry will be an advantage
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Willingness to learn and develop organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
Compensation Package
- Basic + commission + allowance
