Working Days: 5 days (need work on weekends/ Public Holidays)
Location: Ang Mo Kio Hub // NEX // Plaza Sing
Salary: $2000-$3000
Others: Attendance Allowance + Sales Incentive + Quarterly/Annual Incentives
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the health and wellness industry/ retail sales or high-end/luxury product sales
- Possess N-level/ O-level
- Able to work under task-oriented management and handle work pressure effectively.

Job Scope
- Store Operations: Responsible for the daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to product sales, customer service, product display, stocktaking, and administrative record-keeping;
- Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis as planned by the company;
- Product Sales: Carry out daily retail sales, introduce and promote products to customers, and provide basic health advice;
- Customer Outreach: Use various methods such as in-store sales, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online marketing to reach out to and maintain both new and existing customers;
- Customer Service: Build and maintain customer management systems, improve customer satisfaction, and develop long-term clients.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- a. Recommend appropriate wellness products
- b. Assist new team members in improving their sales and customer service skills;
- c. Contribute to: identifying new market channels, planning sales campaigns, increasing sales revenue, improving customer retention

岗位职责
- 连锁门店日常营运:包括但不限产品销售、客户服务、产品陈列、库存点算、行政记录等;
- 任务指标:按公司规划要求完成年度、季度、月的个人销售业绩目标、团队销售业绩目标;
- 产品销售:执行日常门店销售,向顾客介绍产品、推广产品、提供基础健康建议。
- 通过驻店销售、电话或者 Whatsapp、网络营销等任何销售方式推广、发展、联系潜在客户与老客户;
- 客户服务:做好客户管理体系、提升客户满意度、做好客户深度开发,让客户变成长久客户、大客户;
- 其它:
- a 为客户提供不同人群、不同时间阶段、不同套餐的滋补产品;
- b 协助新来店员提升销售能力及顾客服务;
- c 努力提升:对新市场渠道的发现、销售活动的策划、门店人流与销售额的提升、复购率与客单价的提升;
