Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join PeopleSearch, specialising in engineering, renewable energy, and related industries. You will partner with clients to understand their talent needs, source and engage senior-level candidates, and deliver quality recruitment outcomes. This role is suited for consultants with prior recruitment or sales experience who are accountable, driven, and eager to achieve more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for specialised roles across engineering and renewable energy sectors
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding business needs
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Present candidate profiles and advise clients on hiring decisions
  • Oversee interview processes and provide timely follow-ups with candidates and clients
  • Deliver consistently against KPIs with a focus on quality and delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment or client-facing sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  • Background in engineering, renewable energy, or technical industries preferred
  • Responsible, accountable, and motivated to deliver results
  • Track record of successful placements or strong delivery capability
  • Sales/project delivery backgrounds both considered if eager to grow in executive search
