Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Structural Coordinator to design and plan Civil & Structural engineering works. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a relevant degree. Responsibilities include overseeing structural works on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications, and coordinating with various stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to work on significant projects in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years structural coordinator experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, analysis, and planning for Civil & Structural engineering works.
- Prepare design calculations, drawings, and carry out Authority submissions.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other trades.

Responsibilities:
- Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
- Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
- Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
- To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
- To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
- Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
- Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
- Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
- Min 5 years structural coordinator experience
- Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
