Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their recruitment needs and workforce plans.
- Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a wide range of professional roles using multiple channels and platforms.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for various positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Monitor hiring trends and provide clients and candidates with timely market insights and updates.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery of recruitment solutions.
- Regularly update clients on recruitment progress, deliver feedback, and provide clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally within technical, operations, or related industries.
